How we operate

We are a small car service primarily providing transportation to RDU International, Charlotte- Douglas International and Piedmont Triad International (Greensboro) Airports. 

We have modest vehicles, mid-sized Ford Titanium Escape SUVs and Ford Transit Connect passenger van. We dress causal and comfortable to drive. Our focus is delivering you to your destination safely and on time.

Our clientele are primarily residents flying out to visit family or family flying in visiting them, local people flying for business or vacationers. Occasionally there may be sets of golf clubs involved but typically we are not set up to handle large parties of golfers. If we can’t help you, we don’t mind referring you to another service.

When I began this business, I managed everything from taking reservations, sending confirmations, driving, detailing the vehicles and I still find myself in those roles.  

Based in West End, NC we primarily serve Seven Lakes, McLendon Hills, Foxfire Village and Pinewild Communities.  As an owner operator I still do much of the driving and returning phone calls. I seldom answer phone calls while driving, because of this you will likely need to leave a message, send a text message, email or submit a request via our website.

Much of the time our schedule is full several days out. That is why we recommend making your reservation in advance. We also plan our time off around when we schedule the trips for our clientele. I believe in giving my drivers 48 hours' notice before assigning them trips.  

My drivers have been retired people who are reliable, understand my commitment to promptness, safety and courtesy.

While we are certainly open to new clientele, should we have openings for airport trips with less than 48 hours notice we reserve that time for past clients in emergency situations. 

 

We need all the pertinent information relating to your travel plans. The local airport (s) you are utilizing, airlines you are flying, time of departure and /or arrival, flight number for tracking purposes and the local address for pick up or drop off.

We need the address of your local destination to give you a quote. While the Seven Lakes area is where  we are based, we do serve Pinehurst, Southern Pines and other areas within Moore County but there is a slight surcharge to cover our time and mileage.

We have a $20 surcharge for scheduled pick-ups between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM  

Once we have given you a quote, and it is decided you wish to book with us, we will enter what we refer to as a “Good Faith” agreement.

1. Your trip(s) are placed on our calendar  

2. You are sent a confirmation summarizing the details of our arrangements. 

3. You review the confirmation and affirm if the information is correct.  

4. The day before your trip expect to receive a courtesy text reconfirming our arrangements. 

5. Payment can be made at the time you are dropped off after our services are rendered. 

6. We do not have a cancelation policy, however should we believe this is abused we will block you from contacting us in the future. 

7. We are a driveway to terminal curb car service. We are charged trip fees at RDU International Airport and dwell fees should we be at the terminal curb too long. Therefore, you must understand when to contact us after arriving and where to meet us. (Which would be contained in both your confirmation and courtesy message) Causing us to be accessed a “Dwell Fee” may result in a service charge. 

8. Payment is requested after each individual service.  

9. We do not accept Zelle, Vemno, PayPal, or Cash App 

10. Most major Credit/Debit Cards, approved checks and cash are acceptable forms of payment.
